Move from HTTP::Tiny and threads to AnyEvent:HTTP

* Use AnyEvent::HTTP instead of HTTP::Tiny to decrease resource usage
* Remove threads and threads::shared
* Update --help
* Update README.md
* Update TODO
* Add .gitignore
* Add cpanfile with list of required files
* Add bootstrap.sh to easily prepare run environment
