Fix minor bugs: log file close, typo, JSON field consistency

- Add defer logfile.Close() to prevent file descriptor leak
- Fix typo 'Incomming' -> 'Incoming' in log message
- Change JSON tag 'Misc' to 'misc' for consistency with sMsg
